Management Team

Bill Addington - CEO

Bill founded Intellibind with the goal of making the process of meeting regulatory requirements more efficient while decreasing risk to the organization. He has a nearly 30 years history in building intelligent systems and was a pioneer in the IT management and cyber security fields. He has started a number of successful, innovative companies and was the winner of the University of Houston's "Future 500" business award.

Dale Dale Zahn - VP of Business Development

Dale came to Intellibind from NERC where he was a reliability auditor. He has nearly 30 years in the electric power industry and has been involved in everything from real time marketing to systems operations.

Mitch Mitch Needham - Director of Compliance Audit Services

Mitch came to Intellibind from NERC where he was a reliability auditor. He has over 27 years in the electric power industry. With the Tennessee Valley Authority, Mitch managed reliability compliance.

Kevin Conway - Director of Compliance Implementation Services

Kevin came to Intellibind from NERC where he was a reliability auditor. He has over 25 years in the electric power industry. Kevin has served on a number of standards committees for NERC, WECC and the Northwest Power Pool.

Crystal Crystal Musselman - Director of Compliance Management Services

Crystal has over 12 years of utility experience in regulatory compliance. She was successful in preparing for a NERC Readiness Evaluation and the first mandatory Reliability Compliance Audit in WECC in less than 6 months. Crystal has experience in mitigation and settlements. She was the first WICF chair and continues to have close relationships with WECC staff and other industry professionals.

Ryan Ryan Carlson - Director of Cyber Security Services

Ryan came to Intellibind from Nortel where he was most recently a pre-sales design engineer and network security architect. He has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry with extensive system design and implementation experience in IT data communications projects including wireless, SONET, DWDM, core/WAN routing and network security.

Judy Judy Phinizy - Director of IT Management Services

Judy has been involved with IT management and using IT to meet compliance for financial services companies for over a decade. She has extensive experience in helping companies meet Federal and FISMA financial regulations.

Mo's Pix Maureen “Mo” Gordon - Director of Administration

Mo manages administrative operations for Intellibind. Prior to Intellibind, Mo managed a number of broadcast media organizations.
